One of the common questions personal injury lawyers get is, “Does it pay off to hire a lawyer?” Obviously, I think the answer is a resounding “yes”, and recently, I had a case that helped support that.
I don’t usually take cases after clients have tried to resolve the cases themselves. The clients have usually made some errors or done something to confuse the claim, and it’s just too hard. But there are exceptions.
